30 Days or More Before Event: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee AND minus affiliate commissions that have been paid to the referring affiliate. Less Than 30 Days Before Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person or apply the ticket price toward a future event within 12 months of the original event date.
