Due to the nature of this type of service/coaching and the commitment we make as soon as you purchase, we are unable to issue any refunds. However, with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, our courses and event tickets are transferable to someone else or exchanged for another product or coaching service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MEMBERSHIP: 

All digital courses and products are delivered into your personal Priority Living membership. Within minutes of purchasing a digital product or course, you will receive a confirmation email as well as an email with your login credentials. Once you login, you’ll see the product and/or course on your Dashboard.

LIVE GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: 

You will participate in all live group coaching classes via a conference line. All calls are recorded and are delivered in MP3 format into your personal Priority Living membership. For your One-on-One coaching call(s) Tom will call you directly at the time you selected. These calls are *not* recorded unless previously arranged.

LIVE EVENTS:  

Within minutes of purchasing a digital product or course, you will receive a confirmation email with all details pertaining to the event. As the event comes closer, we’ll continue to email  you updated information.
